About Kristen Boyer

Annapolis has been Kristen’s home for the past 12 years with her husband and three children. Living a water-oriented lifestyle began at a very young age as Kristen was born and raised in Tidewater, Virginia. When it came time to choose a college, Maryland (specifically Chestertown, MD) called with its quaint charm and water-based lifestyle. Kristen received her B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Western European Studies. While studying at Washington College, Kristen quickly fell in love with Annapolis and all that it had to offer. Only a year after graduating college, Kristen easily made the decision to make Annapolis her new hometown. After college, Kristen began working in sales and recruiting which developed into a career in Human Resources. However, she knew deep down there was a different passion of hers that began at a young age. 

As a young girl, Kristen’s parents would take her to the Virginia Parade of Homes and Garden Tours that left a strong impression and an appreciation for homes. Watching the real estate market become a hobby of hers, and as her kids started getting older she decided to pursue her real estate license. Kristen is client-centric, believing that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most critical decisions an individual or family will ever make. She exudes flexibility, patience, and the ability to listen and hear what a client wants. Kristen takes pride in upholding a high standard of ethics, is full of integrity, and provides each client – from the first-time homebuyer to the experienced real estate investor – with the same level of impeccable service. 

When she isn’t working, Kristen spends her summers near the beach and her winters on the slopes with her family and friends!
